New Blog

I have decided to start another blog. I will continue to post inspirational teachings here on My Backyard Fence. I have been feeling led to find an arena to express some, for lack of a better term, "hard truths" from the Scriptures. Not all media avenues are appropriate and are designed for lighter more friendly dialogue. I will be broaching subjects one would have to determine to read or discuss. I believe this year of 2012 holds some serious opportunities for "awakening" a new TENACITY for TRUTH. If we are Believers in and Followers of the Lord Jesus Christ, we will not be able to continue on in the status quo. We are going to be called to account for the reason for our believing. "See to it that you walk circumspectly, not as fools but as wise, redeeming the time because the days are evil." Ephesians 5:15 & 16. My Backyard Fence will continue with practical every day teachings as we watch and wait for the coming of our Lord. "Life is Just so Daily" as my little greeting card tacked to my kitchen wall reads. We still have to work on our relationships, raise our children, spoil our grandchildren, cook meals, mend the fence, fix the car, stop the leak, etc. It is called the mundane by some but holds adventure for those who would view it as such.
